All Sunday Sewing Club patterns are digital downloads, which means you'll need to print the pattern at home or at a copy shop to use it.
After purchasing a sewing pattern, you’ll see a link on the cart thank you page where you can download your pattern files. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with this link for safe keeping.
If you have any trouble accessing your pattern, email us at hi@sundaysewingclub.com or fill out the contact form on our website with your full name and order number (if you have it), and we'll sort it out.
What's included in my digital download?
Your sewing pattern will arrive in your email inbox as a digital download.
Each pattern download includes:
The sewing pattern files in either metric or imperial measurements, depending on the option you selected. Patterns come in A4 and AO formats (metric) or US Letter and Arch E formats (imperial) for both home and copy shop printing.
A detailed instruction booklet available in both a print-friendly version with minimal colours, and a screen-friendly version designed for easy viewing on digital devices. It includes preparation instructions, size charts, materials needed, pattern assembly guidance, cutting layouts, and step-by-step written instructions with diagrams.
A full video tutorial for each variation, showing you how to make the pattern – perfect if you prefer to learn by watching.
Can I use your patterns commercially?
Yes! We offer a handmade business option for small-scale makers who want to sell items made from our patterns. However, our patterns are not permitted for mass production or use by large fashion brands.
Usage options:
Personal use – For home sewists making items for themselves, gifts, or personal projects. Selling items made from the pattern is not allowed.
Handmade business (Up to 100 items) – For small-scale makers who handcraft and sell up to 100 finished items, whether at markets, through Etsy, or on your own website.
What's not allowed?
Producing more than 100 items
Outsourcing production to a factory
Use by large fashion brands or mass production
We love supporting small, independent makers, and this structure helps keep things fair for everyone. If you’re unsure whether your usage falls within these guidelines, feel free to email us at hi@sundaysewingclub.com, we’re happy to help!
What sewing skill level is required for your patterns?
We don't classify our patterns by skill level because everyone's experience is different. Instead, you'll find a list of techniques used in the product description – things like buttonholes, gathering, or collars.
Please note, these techniques are demonstrated in the video tutorial, however not always as a full step-by-step guide.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our patterns, we can't offer refunds once the pattern has been purchased. So please make sure you review the product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing. Read our full refund policy.
I've found an issue with one of your patterns
We do everything we can to make sure our patterns are perfect before release, but sometimes mistakes happen (we're only human!). If you spot an error, please email us at hi@sundaysewingclub.com with a screenshot and we'll fix it as soon as possible.
