All Sunday Sewing Club patterns are digital downloads, which means you'll need to print the pattern at home or at a copy shop to use it.

After purchasing a sewing pattern, you’ll see a link on the cart thank you page where you can download your pattern files. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with this link for safe keeping.

If you have any trouble accessing your pattern, email us at hi@sundaysewingclub.com or fill out the contact form on our website with your full name and order number (if you have it), and we'll sort it out.

Your sewing pattern will arrive immediately in your email inbox as a digital download.

Each pattern download includes:

1. The sewing pattern files formatted for both home or copy shop printing. The print-at-home document is compatible with A4 and US letter paper, while the copy shop document is compatible with A0 or 36" x 48" (Arch E) paper.
2. A detailed instruction booklet available in both a print-friendly version with minimal colours, and a screen-friendly version designed for easy viewing on digital devices. It includes preparation instructions, size charts, materials needed, pattern assembly guidance, cutting layouts, and step-by-step written instructions with diagrams.
3. A full video sewing tutorial, showing you how to sew the pattern with a voiceover guiding you through the instructions.

Yes! We offer a "business" usage option for small-scale makers who want to sell items made from our patterns. However, our patterns are not permitted for mass production or use by large fashion brands.

Usage options:

1. Personal use – For home sewists making items for themselves, gifts, or personal projects. Selling items made from the pattern is not allowed.
2. Business use – For small-scale makers who handcraft and sell up to 250 finished items, whether at markets, through Etsy, or on your own website.

What's not allowed?

• Producing more than 250 items
• Outsourcing production to a factory
• Use by large fashion brands or mass production

Our patterns are beginner-friendly and designed to help you grow your skills, but you’ll need some sewing experience to get started. You should feel comfortable using a sewing machine, sewing straight seams, backstitching, pressing and preparing fabric, and reading a sewing pattern.

We include step-by-step sewing video tutorials to guide you through each project, and if you need extra support, our how to read our patterns and sewing terminology guides are there to help. We’re also hoping to offer courses for complete beginners soon!

Due to the digital nature of our patterns, we can't offer refunds once the pattern has been purchased. So please make sure you review the product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing. Read our full refund policy.

We do everything we can to make sure our patterns are perfect before release, but sometimes mistakes happen (we're only human!). If you spot an error, please email us at hi@sundaysewingclub.com with a screenshot and we'll fix it as soon as possible.
